Hello! My name is Madisyn Waltman and I am a senior from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, majoring in Elementary Education and Special Education at the University of Mary.
Along with playing soccer at the University of Mary for five years, I am currently in my fifth year of coaching girls soccer as the varsity assistant coach at Bismarck High School, as well as being a substitute teacher in the Bismarck Public Schools. This fall I will be completing my Block II practicum experience at Lewis and Clark Elementary School in Mandan, North Dakota, with Mrs. Miller's 4th grade class. When I am not studying or playing soccer, I enjoy playing golf, going for bike rides, reading a good book, or watching college football with friends. Although I am far away from my family, I greatly enjoy spending time with them when they come to Bismarck to visit me. I also have a passion for travel, and I look forward to experiencing and learning new cultures around the world any chance that I can get!
